Bringing the controlling persons of the debtor to criminal liability
in cases where there are certain circumstances of bringing the debtor’s company into an insolvent state and in the presence of relevant local legislation, we carry out bringing the controlling persons of the debtor (managers, owners, etc.) to criminal liability for failure to comply with a court decision on debt collection. This option significantly increases the chances of repaying the debt due to the fact that the controlling person will be maximally interested in not being held criminally liable and, accordingly, resolving the debt issue without criminal prosecution
